Lokmanya Tilak, Father of Indian unrest, initiated the GANESH FESTIVAL in 1893.
This Festival became a platform for political awakening and uprising among people to gain freedom from British Imperialism.
Since then, the festival hasn't looked back and has grown in leaps and bounds”
